Our Story

WitMinds was founded by three passionate professionals, CA Sanghavi Shalibhadra, CA Sawai Jain, and Abhishek Mantri, with one clear mission: to redefine accounting outsourcing through quality, integrity, and trust.

After spending seven years in the USA, Abhishek Mantri observed a common issue. Many businesses were paying high fees to accountants but receiving poor service quality and delayed responses. Determined to bring real value and transparency to the profession, he returned to India and joined hands with his two close friends and fellow Chartered Accountants to build something better, which became WitMinds.

What We Do

Today, WitMinds works with more than 15 active clients across different regions and industries, including restaurants, motels, construction companies, and gas stations. The firm also collaborates closely with seven CPA firms in the United States, providing hourly and full-time accounting support.

Our team focuses on simplifying accounting for business owners and CPAs by combining technical expertise with reliability and proactive communication. From daily bookkeeping and payroll to reconciliations and financial reporting, we ensure consistent, high-quality results that our clients can trust.
